DOES YOUR YOUNG CHILD
They struggle to maintain control of their movements and may be unintentionally destructive.
They find it difficult to focus on a task or to see it through to the end.
They have a hard time sharing their belongings and getting along with other kids.
Support Your Child’s Development, Here is how it works:
The class consists of an initial period of supervised free time on a specially designed circuit using colourful safe equipment that children can work round whilst supervised and encouraged by parents and our awesome staff. This really encourages a positive attitude towards physical activity whilst building confidence and self esteem as well as fine and gross motor skills, agility, balance and coordination. Circle time is then encouraged where children are gradually encouraged to interact with popular nursery rhymes and songs in a small group format. Each week there is a different fun skill activity challenge and then more supervised free time on the equipment.
Results and growth with every class!
Our age specific classes provide your little one with an outlet for their energy and they will also become accustomed to a social environment and elements of structure to prepare them for moving onto other programmes, classes and activities as they develop. Every class will include elements of challenge where they can explore their natural desire to succeed.

Every class involves a section of class sat in a circle where we do nursery rhymes and song time as a group. This important activity builds social bonds and also introduces an element of structure and impulse control.

Great teachers,a nice and friendly atmosphere, amazing place, I highly recommend!
I have recently started at FMA with my two boys (aged 10 and 12). It's great to have an activity that we can all take part in together. There are people of all ages in the class, from tiny children to adults, so you can start at any age and not feel out of place. Everybody is very friendly and there is a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The classes are hard work, but fun and will help us all to keep fit. The values that FMA teach are an integral part of the class and I hope that the emphasis on courtesy, self discipline and commitment will become important to my children in all aspects of their lives as they grow up.
